Holmans Estate Agents opened in September 2005 and are proud to occupy one of the most prominent offices on the High Street in Moreton in Marsh, mainly dealing with residential and commercial sales and lettings.

The directors and staff of Holmans have a wealth of local experience concerning all types of property in the North Cotswolds , and also specialise in new build and advising developers on prospective schemes and financing.

Roger Holman, Director

Roger Holman has been involved in estate agency over the last twenty six years, covering the north Cotswolds and specialising in country homes, Cotswolds cottages and land and new homes. Roger lives in Blockley with his wife Catherine, a fellow director of the company, and over the last 5 years has personally managed the sale of over 600 properties between Bourton-on-the-Water and Chipping Campden, and has an in-depth knowledge of the local area, and a wealth of experience on which to draw.

Roger has been involved in corporate estate agency for most of his career, and is now concentrating on offering not only a professional but a more personal approach to the house selling process with advice geared to people's personal requirements and tailored to their needs.

Catherine Holman, Director

In addition to being a Director of the Estate Agency Business Catherine also has over 15 years experience and specialist knowledge of new homes and is retained on a consultancy basis by several high profile developers. Her experience in sales and marketing we believe is second to none in the area and she is in charge of our Land and New Homes Department within the company.

Catherine lives in Blockley with her husband Roger and their two cocker spaniels Archie and Rupert who have featured in several of our marketing campaigns.

Jean Lewis, Sales Executive

With over 30 years in the residential property market mostly at managerial level for corporate estate agency there is very little that Jean has not experienced in the property market and can draw on a wealth of experience to help our clients through the sometimes difficult process of buying and selling houses.

Jean very much operates with 'an arm round the shoulder approach' to selling houses and has recently returned from a short period of retirement to join Holmans. Jean enjoys doing charity work and has won awards for flower arranging which she considers to be one of her main hobbies.

Sharon Young – Sales Administrator

With 6 years experience in the property market selling both second hand and new homes Sharon is now the back bone support for the office administration as well as also having a selling role.  Sharon lives in Northleach with her husband and enjoys many equestrian pursuits including owning her own horse in the nearby stables.

Kim Cate

With a background in sales and marketing and an enthusiastic, personable approach to the business, Kim is one of our rising stars who has become part of the community in Blockley where she lives with her husband and two young children

Natalie Fisher – Marketing Consultant

Natalie Fisher joined the team at Holmans at the start of 2010 as a Marketing Consultant to promote brand awareness. Natalie has been involved in estate agency for around 8 years and has over 20 years experience of sales and marketing. Amongst her many attributes Natalie is also a professional photographer and is based at Pillerton Hersey where she lives with her partner Dominic, her Labrador Maxwell and eight rescue chickens.
