Holmans Estate Agents opened in September 2005 and are proud to occupy one of the most prominent offices on the High Street in Moreton in Marsh, mainly dealing with residential and commercial sales and lettings.

The directors and staff of Holmans have a wealth of local experience concerning all types of property in the North Cotswolds , and also specialise in new build and advising developers on prospective schemes and financing.

Roger Holman, Director

Roger Holman has been involved in estate agency over the last twenty four years, covering the north Cotswolds and specialising in traditional Cotswolds cottages, land and new homes. Roger lives in Blockley with his wife Catherine, a fellow director of the company, and over the last 5 years has personally managed the sale of over 600 properties between Bourton-on-the-Water and Chipping Campden, and has an in-depth knowledge of the local area, and a wealth of experience on which to draw.

Roger has been involved in corporate estate agency for most of his career, and is now looking forward to offering not only a professional but also a more personal approach, with advice geared to people's personal requirements and tailored to their needs.

Catherine Holman, Director

Since the age of 18, Catherine Holman has been involved in all forms of the property market, including general practice estate agency, land and new homes and land buying, and is now part of Cala Finance, who are actively involved, on a joint venture basis, funding development sites.

Catherine has formerly been Sales and Marketing Manager for Charles Church, Russell Armour and King\'s Oak. Catherine can therefore draw on a wealth of experience to advise clients of Holmans Estate Agents on their potential development projects.

Christine Beckett, Sales Negotiator

With extensive background in retail sales Christine joined Holmans Estate Agents 2007 and has proved to be a great success with our clients with our clients with her enthusiastic approach to the business and very much \'an arm around the shoulder approach to selling houses.

Christine lives in Moreton-in-Marsh only a short walk away from our high street office.

Amy Healey, Administrator

After joining the company in 2008 Amy has very quickly asserted her self as the back bone of the administration within the branch and concentrating her efforts not only on the residential agency side of the operation but also in residential lettings. Amy lives in Maugersbury near Stow-on-the-Wold and has spent most of her live in the North Cotswolds perusing equestrian hobbies, keeping fit and raising money for charity events.

Kate Zuill, Sales Negotiator

Originally from a legal background but having an extensively involved in property over the years, Kate has recently moved to Moreton in Marsh from London after previously living in the Cotswolds for many years.having the benefit of extensive local knowledge. Her commitment to high service standards and proactive marketing is a credit to the company.
