Roger Holman, Director
Roger Holman has been involved in estate agency over the last 32 years covering the North Cotswolds and specialising in country homes, Cotswold cottages and land and new homes. Roger lives in Blockley with his wife Catherine, a fellow director of the company, and has an in depth knowledge of the local area and a wealth of experience on which to draw. After being involved in corporate estate agency for most of his career he is now concentrating and offering not only a professional but a more personal approach to the house selling process with advice geared to people’s personal requirements and tailored to their needs.
Catherine Holman, Director
In addition to being a director of Holmans Estate Agents, Catherine also has over 20 years experience and specialist knowledge of new homes and is retained on a consultancy basis by several high profile developers. Her experience in sales and marketing we believe is second to none in the area and she is in charge of our Land and New Homes Department within the company. Catherine lives in Blockley with her husband Roger and their two cocker spaniels Archie and Rupert who are featured in several of our marketing campaigns.
Sharon Young – Sales Executive
With 9 years experience in the property market and over 3 years with Holmans. Sharon has extensive experience in the property market both selling second hand and new homes and is now the forefront of the company’s selling team. Sharon lives in Northleach with her husband Niall and enjoys many equestrian pursuits including owning her own horse.
Jo Lovell-Piperakis – Sales and Lettings Administrator
Joining the company in 2011 after having both legal and retail management background, Jo is currently the backbone of the sales office in Moreton in Marsh focusing not only on sales and lettings but also in property management. Jo Lives with her husband Petros and her son Iason near Condicote and has been raised in the Cotswolds with her immediate family still residing in Broadway.
Kim Cate – Sales Negotiator
With a background in sales and marketing and an enthusiastic, personable approach to the business, Kim has been with Holmans for over 4 years and is one of our rising stars. Kim has become part of the local community in Blockley where she lives with her husband Peter and two young children Bethany and Amelie.
Jean Lewis, Sales Executive
With over 30 years in the residential property market mostly at managerial level for corporate estate agency there is very little that Jean has not experienced in the property market and can draw on a wealth of experience to help our clients through the sometimes difficult process of buying and selling houses.
Jean very much operates with 'an arm round the shoulder approach' to selling houses and has recently returned from a short period of retirement to join Holmans. Jean enjoys doing charity work and has won awards for flower arranging which she considers to be one of her main hobbies.
