If you are serious about selling your property you need the professional skills and experience of Catherine and Roger Holman, along with their talented team of course! I could easily write 1000 words outlining courtesies, kindness and support they extended me, they really marshalled my sale and purchase. In the future I simply wouldn’t hesitate to call upon them once again, they are outstanding!
A difficult sale: with incredible patience and perseverance Holmans got us through. Would recommend highly.
Our purchase was handled very efficiently. Any questions were answered quickly and we achieved a successful outcome in less than 2 months. Thanks!
Efficient and personal service. Good communication all the way through the selling process. Always friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Holmans.
An excellent friendly and professional service with great attention to detail. Enthusiastic and proactive promotion of an unusual former church building which resulted in multiple offers above the guide price and a successful and speedy sale.
Friendly, professional Estate Agents. Will definitely use when we come to sell our house. Thank you so much to Catherine and the team for making our move run smoothly.
I found Catherine and Roger Holman, plus their team, most helpful, professional and courteous throughout the whole process of finding and then purchasing a property in Blockley. They were in constant contact with me, the vendors, and solicitors, and helped to bring about a swift completion. Being very local they were also able to give recommendations for the professions and trades necessary for the pre- and post-purchase. All in all a most stress-free and pleasant experience. Thoroughly recommended.
Holmans recently handled my sale in Moreton and I am very grateful for their help and support throughout. The team at Holmans were exceptional in every way and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Buying and selling can be very stressful but having them there to offer good advice based on vast experience is invaluable especially when things dont go according to plan. Thank you Holmans...
What a Great Estate agency! Very professional and very responsive throughout the whole experience from viewing though to completions in just four weeks! Well done to Catherine and the team at Holman's.
An excellent service from Holmans from initial instruction to completion. They went above and beyond to be helpful and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. A much more personalised service than some of the larger agencies can offer and a thorough knowledge of the local market.
Roger, Catherine and the team provided a fantastic service. Not only marketing and selling our property professionally and quickly but managing the sales process through to completion. They offer great value for money and are highly recommended above other agents.
We found the experience of buying a property through Holmans a very positive one. We were kept updated the entire time and if we had a query (and we had plenty!) we received a reply almost straight away. It made what is a stressful situation much easier, and we appreciated the personal contact and friendly and helpful approach. Highly recommended!
As Landlords, we took on Holmans to market and manage our properties. They have been spot on in very way, and most importantly, they are a complete pleasure to work with. They clearly care about both Tenant and Landlord - which is a great quality. 100% professional with 100% personal service. Highly recommended
Catherine, Hannah, Leah and all the rest of the team at Holman's have been great to work with on our house sale and purchase. They have kept us fully informed throughout both transactions and their professional advice has been greatly appreciated. We can highly recommend using Holman's.
We have bought and sold using Holmans over a number of years. Roger and Catherine run a superb business. Their entire team is a credit to them - always professional, knowledgeable and very patient. Our thanks for their help once again
Caroline Holman and the team dealt with quite a difficult house sale process for me at the end of 2021. The team were truly outstanding. Kept me regularly updated and filled me with confidence leading to a successful conclusion. My thanks to you all.
We recently sold our house in Moreton in Marsh and used Holmans for the sale. The whole team are just brilliant, warm friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. From the very first phone call to completion nothing was to much trouble. They sold our house in days and work with both parties solicitors to ensure things went very smoothly. I really can not recommend them highly enough.
We had an outstanding service from Holman's when my mother moved house. Catherine Holman was so proactive, helpful, friendly and understanding over a period of two years. Her knowledge of the local area helped us identify suitable properties and she was incredibly patient, despite the sale of my mother's house falling through twice. She kept us all calm during a stressful time around the exchange of contracts. We thought that using a local company might be preferable to a big regional agent and Holman's did everything we hoped for and more! I would use them again and would highly recommend them to others.
We sold out lovely Cotswold Cottage with Holman's, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their first class service. From valuation through to completion we were provided with excellent feedback, and proactive advice to steer the process. They are an experienced team, and they don't take your custom for granted. Thanks in particular to Catherine and Hannah, they deserve a special mention.
Excellent team delivering great customer service. We had the choice of all the agents in the area to sell our two cottages in Stow on the Wold. We decided upon Holmans after meeting Roger Holman at the properties. Only a few days after agreeing on the sales prices the team had multiple viewings lined up. In the end we had a significant number of viewings and several offers. Both cottages went at the upper level of our expected price range and very speedily. I found the whole teal at Holmans friendly but also efficient. At all times in the process we were consulted and informed. I would unreservedly recommend Holmans for any property sale or purchase in the Cotswolds.
We were so impressed with the staff at Holman’s. They went out of their way in supporting us in buying their client’s home and kept their finger on the pulse through the whole process. We were kept up to date about the ups and downs of the chain, and they were also pro active in chasing up the agents involved with our sale. Even after completion and us moving in, they happily assisted us with a couple of queries we had. They were efficient and always courteous . Compared to the agents handling the sale of our home they were just great!
We purchased our lovely Cotswolds cottage in Blockley through Holmans estate agents and we were so impressed by the whole team throughout the entire process of the purchase. Catherine Holman in particular was professional and friendly dealing with everything so efficiently for us, from agreeing our offer to handing us the keys to our new home on completion. We would definitely be back in contact with Holmans should we ever need to sell in the future.
We had an excellent experience from when we first met Roger Holman at the initial meeting to put our home on the market all the way through the sales process. Viewings were handled very professionally and we always received detailed timely feedback on the viewers response. Catherine Holman was particularly helpful and always willing to help, even in areas not directly related to our house sale. We would not hesitate to recommend Holmans Estate Agents to our friends and family.
As prospective purchasers of a Holmans-marketed property through the summer of 2021 we found the Holmans team to be extremely helpful, in terms of enabling viewings & responding to any queries we had. Despite not being direct 'clients' of Holmans we felt that we received a high quality of service from start to finish. We would certainly have confidence in instructing Holmans to manage a future property sale on our behalf. Thanks again Holmans for a really positive experience.
I cannot recommend Holman’s highly enough! Their professionalism and attention to detail during our sales process was superb. Throughout what can often be a stressful time, nothing was too much trouble for them. Many thanks to Catherine and the rest of the team at Holman’s, excellent service!
We could not recommend Holmans more highly. The team was - and continues to be - professional, courteous and obliging. The process we went through was straightforward and our questions/landlord requests immediately responded to and facilitated. We even received written directions after asking about a recommended dog walk to a local pub - truly above and beyond!
It was a pleasure working with the team at Holmans, with their help selling our property was a calm and straightforward process. They managed to achieve the perfect balance of good communication without applying too much pressure for decisions. Throughout, I was impressed with how efficiently they dealt with any issues that arose and how they were always willing to help out if we had any questions or requests
Just a note to express our thanks to everyone at Holmans for the highly professional and caring way you have handled the sale of our home. We would have no hesitation in recommending your company and we wish you all every success in the future.
Peter & Louise
We took advice from five estate agents before selecting Holmans and it was a simple choice based on professionalism and obvious competence. Catherine's advice on commercial matters and tactics was invaluable and every one of your team exuded the highest personal and professional standards throughout the many very positive viewings. We are very satisfied customers and we would be happy to recommend your services to anyone looking to sell a property in the Cotswolds area.
Fred & Gail
A very big thank you to Holmans for a true traditional, honest, caring and reliable service. You made an excellent job of bridging the gap between myself and the sellers with what proved to be a less than straightforward process...Nothing was too much trouble for you.
Holmans recently handled my sale in Moreton and I am very grateful for their help and support throughout. The team at Holmans were exceptional in every way and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them...Thank you Holmans.
I highly recommend Catherine, Roger and the Holmans Estate agents team. During the entire process, from the start of thinking to sell our house all the way to the final day and leaving our keys to the new owners, the Holmans team was professional and supportive. This was a first time selling a house in England for us, so while it could have been a stressful time, they all made it so easy, dealt with questions quickly and was an overall positive experience. And finally, a special thanks to Catherine for her extra help during the entire journey!
